Mango Salsa With Red Bell Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, diced small
  • 1/2 large red bell pepper, diced small
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced small
  • 2 -3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin (or to your taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (or to your taste)
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 dice mango, red pepper, and red onion and combine in bowl.
  • 2 mix lime juice, olive oil, ground cumin, hot sauce and salt in small bowl, whisk together.
  • 3 mix into salsa.
  • 4 chop cilantro and add to salsa.
  • 5 stir until combined.
