Mango Salsa With Red Bell Pepper

Ingredients
- 1 mango, diced small
- 1/2 large red bell pepper, diced small
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced small
- 2 -3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (or to your taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (or to your taste)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Recipe
- 1 dice mango, red pepper, and red onion and combine in bowl.
- 2 mix lime juice, olive oil, ground cumin, hot sauce and salt in small bowl, whisk together.
- 3 mix into salsa.
- 4 chop cilantro and add to salsa.
- 5 stir until combined.
