Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 lb button mushroom
- 1 tablespoon whole spices
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 1/2 cups wine vinegar or 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 wipe mushrooms well with damp cloth.
- 2 heat vinegar until lukewarm.
- 3 put mushrooms in a sterilized glass jar.
- 4 add spices, garlic, warm vinegar, & salt & stir thoroughly.
- 5 cover jar tightly.
- 6 set aside in dry place for 2 days.
