Italian Mushrooms In Vinegar (funghi Al Salamoia)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb button mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon whole spices
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 cups wine vinegar or 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 wipe mushrooms well with damp cloth.
  • 2 heat vinegar until lukewarm.
  • 3 put mushrooms in a sterilized glass jar.
  • 4 add spices, garlic, warm vinegar, & salt & stir thoroughly.
  • 5 cover jar tightly.
  • 6 set aside in dry place for 2 days.
