Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed unsalted nuts (i used peanuts, almonds and pistachios)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in large pan, combine cashews and sugar over medium high heat.
- 2 stir until sugar melts completely (about 5-7 minutes). lower heat, and stir in lemon pepper.
- 3 pour onto sheet of wax paper on a cooling rack, and spread out. allow to cool.
- 4 store in tightly-sealed container.
