Really Good Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can del monte mexican-style tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium bell pepper, diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Recipe
- 1 drain tomatoes and reserve liquid.
- 2 chop tomatoes into desired size pieces.
- 3 put tomatoes and reserved liquid into small sauce pan.
- 4 add all other ingredients.
- 5 cook over low heat to blend flavors.
- 6 cool and refrigerate.
- 7 serve with a good restaurant-style corn chip.
