Quick And Easy Chicken & Feta Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 prepared pizza crust (12" dia)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 6 ounces chopped cooked chicken (leftover grilled is best!)
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) package athenos traditional crumbled feta cheese with dried basil and tomato
Recipe
- 1 place crust on cookie sheet.
- 2 spread crust with olive oil.
- 3 sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
- 4 top with chicken, tomato and feta cheese.
- 5 sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
- 6 bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
- 7 let stand 5 minutes.
- 8 this recipe yields 8 appetizer or 2 to 4 main dish servings.
- 9 special extra: sprinkle pizza with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil.
