Ingredients
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- cornstarch, for dusting
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 sift flour, salt, and sugar. set aside.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine eggs, water, and cooking oil. add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- 3 knead until dough is smooth adn satiny. divide dough into two portions.
- 4 cover and let rest for at least one hour.
- 5 sprinkle work area with cornstarch. roll out into 4 or 5 inch diameter circles.
- 6 fill with filling.
- 7 fry in oil.
