Dilled Salmon Spread

Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can salmon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 -4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- crackers and sliced vegetables
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except parsley, crackers and vegetables in medium bowl.
- 2 shape into a ball and roll in parsley. place on plate and serve with crackers and vegetables.
