Rum Spiked Watermelon Shooter

Ingredients

- 4 cups seedless watermelon, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut rum
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, puree watermelon until smooth.
- 2 with the back of a large spoon, press the watermelon through a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl, extracting all of the watermelon juice and discarding pulp.
- 3 add rum, honey and salt and stir well to combine.
- 4 serve immediately in shot glasses or refrigerate up to 3 days.
