Rum Spiked Watermelon Shooter

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut rum
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor, puree watermelon until smooth.
  • 2 with the back of a large spoon, press the watermelon through a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl, extracting all of the watermelon juice and discarding pulp.
  • 3 add rum, honey and salt and stir well to combine.
  • 4 serve immediately in shot glasses or refrigerate up to 3 days.
