Ingredients
- 400 g haricot beans or 400 g cannellini beans
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 heat a little oil in a frying pan and add garlic for a few minutes.
- 2 add the rest of ingredients and warm over a low heat.
- 3 add remaining oil and mash beans with the back of a fork.
- 4 season well before serving.
