Rosemary Bean Mash

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 400 g haricot beans or 400 g cannellini beans
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat a little oil in a frying pan and add garlic for a few minutes.
  • 2 add the rest of ingredients and warm over a low heat.
  • 3 add remaining oil and mash beans with the back of a fork.
  • 4 season well before serving.
