Rosemary Date-nut Cheese Ball

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 ounce) package chopped dates
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted (divided)
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 combine the cream cheese, dates, rosemary and 1/2 cup of the pecans.
  • 2 cover, and chill for 30 minutes.
  • 3 after chilling, shape into a ball and roll in the remaining pecans.
  • 4 serve with apple wedges, gingersnaps, or your favorite cracker.
