Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce blue curacao
- 1/2 ounce amaretto
- 4 ounces sparkling wine or 4 ounces champagne
Recipe
- 1 pour the curacao, amaretto and a dash of lemon juice into a chilled champagne flute and slowly top with champagne or sparkling wine.
- 2 garnish with a rose petal.
