Potachos

Ingredients

  • 4 cups potato chips, the kettle kind
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, kraft shredded
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 4 slices oscar mayer center-cut bacon
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (the recipe calls for breakstone's or knudsen's)

Recipe

  • 1 spread chips onto large microwaveable plate; top with cheese. microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • 2 top with remaining ingredients.
  • 3 serve immediately.
  • 4 kraft kitchen tip: substitute frozen cottage fries (1/2 of 22-oz. pkg.), baked as directed on package, for the potato chips.
