Ingredients

- 1/2 lb imperial cheddar cheese (cold pack)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup port wine
- serve with apple wedges dipped in lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 crumble cheese.
- 2 beat together with sour cream and port.
- 3 chill at least 3 hours and preferably overnight (covered tightly).
- 4 this definitely improves with age.
