Port And Cheese Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 lb imperial cheddar cheese (cold pack)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup port wine
  • serve with apple wedges dipped in lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 crumble cheese.
  • 2 beat together with sour cream and port.
  • 3 chill at least 3 hours and preferably overnight (covered tightly).
  • 4 this definitely improves with age.
