Ingredients

- 8 ounces tuna, drained
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 slices bread
Recipe
- 1 mash together all ingredients except bread to make a paste.
- 2 serve on bread.
- 3 serve chilled.
