Low Fat Pimento Cheese Spread

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
  • 4 ounces diced pimentos, with liquid
  • 3 tablespoons stuffed green olives, diced
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded and divided

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor blend the first 5 ingredients until smooth. add 1 c cheese, blend just until mixed.
  • 2 stir in remaining cheese and chill for at least 2 hours.
