Lemon Yogurt Dip (weight Watchers Friendly)

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a small bowl. whisk to mix well and smooth out yogurt.
  • 2 refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
  • 3 serve with fresh vegetables as an appetizer dip; use as a sauce for steamed broccoli, caulifower, asparagus or artichokes.
