Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups cottage cheese, low fat
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise, can substitute plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon chives, fresh chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 put all in food processor and process until smooth.
- 2 refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving.
- 3 serve with assorted veggies.
