Key Lime Dip

Ingredients

- 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- graham cracker
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice until blended; set aside.
- 2 beat egg whites at high speed until just foamy.
- 3 add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until soft peaks form and sugar is dissolved.
- 4 fold egg mixture into lime mixture.
- 5 pour into a 9-inch pie plate.
- 6 bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
- 7 take out of the oven and stir well.
- 8 place in a serving bowl and cover; chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- 9 serve with graham crackers.
