Key Lime Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • graham cracker

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice until blended; set aside.
  • 2 beat egg whites at high speed until just foamy.
  • 3 add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until soft peaks form and sugar is dissolved.
  • 4 fold egg mixture into lime mixture.
  • 5 pour into a 9-inch pie plate.
  • 6 bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • 7 take out of the oven and stir well.
  • 8 place in a serving bowl and cover; chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • 9 serve with graham crackers.
