Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/8 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • 3 spoon into a 9-inch pie plate.
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until very lightly browned.
