Hot Clam Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) can canned clams, drained and minced (reserve juice)
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Recipe

  • 1 cook onion and green pepper in a sauce pan with the butter till soft.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients.
  • 3 stir till cheese is melted.
  • 4 stir in clam juice to reach desired consistency.
