Ingredients
- 1 (5 ounce) can canned clams, drained and minced (reserve juice)
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Recipe
- 1 cook onion and green pepper in a sauce pan with the butter till soft.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 stir till cheese is melted.
- 4 stir in clam juice to reach desired consistency.
