Hot Chicken Dip

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4-1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup red peppers, diced or 2 ounces pimientos
  • 4 ounces green chilies, drained
  • 3/4-1 teaspoon hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a small casserole.
  • 2 bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  • 3 serve with wheat thins.
