Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4-1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup red peppers, diced or 2 ounces pimientos
- 4 ounces green chilies, drained
- 3/4-1 teaspoon hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a small casserole.
- 2 bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- 3 serve with wheat thins.
