Ingredients

- 4 slices french bread
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, sliced
- 1 tablespoon basil, strips (not too big)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, for basting
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 10 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
- 2 marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 baste the bread with olive oil, put small slices of butter on top.
- 2 put the sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke, rosemary, chives, thyme, and basil, on top evenly spread across the bread, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
- 3 toast under broiler till edges are are a nice crispy brown and cheese is melted.
