Herbed Bread

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 slices french bread
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon basil, strips (not too big)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, for basting
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
  • 2 marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 baste the bread with olive oil, put small slices of butter on top.
  • 2 put the sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke, rosemary, chives, thyme, and basil, on top evenly spread across the bread, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • 3 toast under broiler till edges are are a nice crispy brown and cheese is melted.
