Ingredients
- 2 -3 avocados, seeded and mashed with fork
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Recipe
- 1 mash avacado with lemon or lime juice.
- 2 fold in rest of ingredients.
- 3 add salt to taste.
- 4 let set for an hour or so for flavors to blend.
