Crock Pot Apricot Preserves

Total Time: 5 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb dried apricot
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor, chop the apricots finely.
  • 2 place in a crock pot with the sugar and water and stir.
