Quick And Easy Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
• 1 cup jalapeno flavored cream cheese
• 1 (10 ounce) can chicken meat packed in water, drained and flaked
• 1 cup shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend

Recipe

• 1 in a small bowl, mix chicken, cheese and cream cheese.
• 2 evenly divide chicken mixture over each of 4 tortillas.
• 3 top with remaining 4 tortillas.
• 4 lightly spray each side of quesadilla with nonstick cooking spray.
• 5 place quesdillas on baking sheets.
• 6 bake at 400 degrees f for 12 minutes or until golden brown, turning once halfway through heating.
• 7 cut into wedges.
