Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 lb maple sausage (jimmy dean)
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 30 large mushrooms (about 2 pkgs)

Recipe

• 1 pop stems from mushrooms and rinse lightly under water. set aside to dry.
• 2 brown sausage in pan, then drain.
• 3 add cream cheese and stir until well melted.
• 4 fill mushrooms and place on foil lined cookie sheet.
• 5 bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until browned.
