Ingredients

• 1 lb italian sausage
• 1/2 cup shredded colby cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
• 24 wonton wrappers
• 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
• 1 cup salsa

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 lightly grease miniature muffin pan.
• 3 fry sausage and drain any grease.
• 4 add all cheese and stir.
• 5 press wantons in muffin pan.
• 6 place meat mixture 1/2 way up inside wantons.
• 7 bake 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
• 8 top with salsa and sour cream.
