- 6 plum tomatoes
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 lime, juice of
- 1/2 lime, zest of
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 chop tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper, bell pepper, cilantro, and mince garlic.
- 2 mix together all ingredients.
- 3 cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
- 4 serve with tortilla chips.
