Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 -3 fresh thyme sprigs
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 180c/350°f.
- 2 put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and toss to coat.
- 3 tip out onto a roasting tray.
- 4 season with salt and pepper.
- 5 roast for 5-8 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
- 6 remove and let cool to room temperature.
- 7 serve.
