Red Pepper Humus (humus Bil Filfil Hamra)

Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) cans chickpeas
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons red pepper paste
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
Recipe
- 1 in a small pot add the caned chick peas and bring to a simmer just to get it a bit softer.
- 2 strain and add the chickpeas to a processor with the tahini sauce and puree until smooth.
- 3 add lemon,garlic,red pepper paste,salt and cayenne pepper.
- 4 place in a plate garnish with parsley, serve with pita bread.
