Pizza Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb loaf frozen bread dough (or pizza dough)
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces pepperoni
- 1/2 lb of cooked ground sausage
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 (15 ounce) jar pizza sauce
Recipe
- 1 on a greased baking sheet, roll out the thawed dough into a 15 x 11 inch rectangle.
- 2 in a bowl, combine the egg whites, parmesan cheese, oil, parsley, oregano, garlic and pepper. brush over the dough.
- 3 sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and sausage.
- 4 roll up jelly-roll style, starting with the long side. pinch seam to seal and tuck ends under.
- 5 please seam-side down, brush with remaining egg mixture. (do not let rise.).
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- 7 warm the pizza sauce, serve with sliced loaf. (yields about 10 slices.).
