Pepper Swiss Cheese Ball

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 -3 tablespoons fresh coarse ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in small mixer bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed, scraping bowl often until smooth.
  • 2 add sour cream and garlic salt, continue beating until well mixed.
  • 3 by hand stir in cheese and parsley.
  • 4 refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • 5 shape into flattened cheese ball or log.
  • 6 roll in pepper to coat.
