Pepper Swiss Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 -3 tablespoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in small mixer bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed, scraping bowl often until smooth.
- 2 add sour cream and garlic salt, continue beating until well mixed.
- 3 by hand stir in cheese and parsley.
- 4 refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- 5 shape into flattened cheese ball or log.
- 6 roll in pepper to coat.
- 7 store refrigerated.
