Ingredients

- 4 medium parsnips
- 1 egg yolk
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg , slightly beaten
- 1 cup bread, crumbs
- butter or oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 chop parsnips and steam until tender. mash thoroughly.
- 2 mix in egg yolk and salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 form into patties, dip into egg then roll in bread crumbs.
- 4 fry in oil or butter.
