Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) can artichokes, not marinated, drained and chopped
- 1 cup low-fat parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise, hellman's preferred
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, cubed
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dill, dried
Recipe
- 1 mix everthing together in a small casserole dish and bake at 350f for 30 minutes.
- 2 serve warm.
