Ingredients
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped red onion
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- salt (enough to season)
Recipe
- 1 chop the tomato and onion and place in a mixing bowl. scoop out with a fork or spoon and place in mixing bowl with tomato and onion. add lime juice. mash avocado into tomato and onion mixture with a fork. add lime juice and salt. refrigerate until ready to serve. enjoy!
