Mushrooms In Sour Cream And Dill

Ingredients

- 1 lb button mushroom,
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 wash and dry mushrooms.
- 2 melt butter and add garlic.
- 3 add mushrooms, dill, salt and pepper, lemon and sherry.
- 4 cook 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
- 5 cool.
- 6 pour a small amount of the mushroom liquid into the sour cream.
- 7 then add the sour cream over the mushrooms and stir.
- 8 refrigerate 8 hours or more.
