Mushrooms In Sour Cream And Dill

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb button mushroom,
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 wash and dry mushrooms.
  • 2 melt butter and add garlic.
  • 3 add mushrooms, dill, salt and pepper, lemon and sherry.
  • 4 cook 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
  • 5 cool.
  • 6 pour a small amount of the mushroom liquid into the sour cream.
  • 7 then add the sour cream over the mushrooms and stir.
  • 8 refrigerate 8 hours or more.
