Mini Wonton Salsa Baskets

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 15 1/4 ounces corn (drained)
  • 16 ounces black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 16 ounces kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 8 ounces salsa (we like herdez)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped or optional)
  • 1/2 cup green onion (chopped or optional)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

Recipe

  • 1 sray 24 mini muffin cups with non-stick vegetable spray; press a wonton wrapper into each cup, bake at 350 for 10 min.until crisp.
  • 2 mix together corn, beans and salsa; spoon into cups, top with green onions, cilantro and cheese.
  • 3 enjoy.
