Kentucky Derby Spread

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 4 ounces blue cheese, room temperature
• 5 tablespoons butter, room temperature
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 dash tabasco sauce
• 1 dash worcestershire sauce
• 3 tablespoons kentucky bourbon
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 have butter and cheeses at room temperature.
• 2 mix them throughly.
• 3 add the remaining ingredients, stirring in enough bourbon to make a spreadable paste.
• 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
• 5 refrigerate 24 hours so flavors can meld.
• 6 add more boubon if spread appears too thick.
• 7 serve with crackers.
