Italian Style Pierogies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 ounces pierogies
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/3 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • 3 beat egg in a bowl.
  • 4 dip the perogies in egg and then coat with the bread crumbs.
  • 5 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • 6 bake till crispy about 15 minutes.
