Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 40 -50 large mushrooms, destemmed (save stems )
  • 2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 cup romano cheese
  • 1 cup italian parsley
  • mushroom stems
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix bread crumbs, garlic, cheese, parsley, and stems in a food processor.
  • 2 set aside.
  • 3 fry mushroom caps in olive oil on high for a very short time, until lightly browned.
  • 4 stuff caps with bread crumb mixture, setting in a greased baking dish.
  • 5 drizzle remaining pan oil over the stuffed caps.
  • 6 season with salt.
  • 7 bake at 400 degrees until bubbly.
