Italian Butter

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix the garlic, oregano, basil, thyme and black pepper in a bowl.
- 2 beat in the softened butter until well combined.
- 3 put the mixture on a piece of wax paper and roll it into a tube.
- 4 refrigerate for at least three hours to allow the flavours to blend.
- 5 allow the butter to come to room temperature before serving, so that it will spread easier.
