Hot Buttery Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped finely

Recipe

  • 1 combine butter, oil, and garlic in a fondue pot over low heat.
  • 2 heat for about 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  • 3 add parsley and keep sauce warm.
