Ingredients

- 2 1/2 lbs butter
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
Recipe
- 1 allow 2 1/2 lbs. butter to come to room temperature for about 1-2 hours.
- 2 beat with electric mixer, adding 1/2 t. salt, 2 cups buttermilk until light and fluffy.
- 3 keep refrigerated in a covered container.
