Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and mashed
- 1 small tomato, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 -2 tablespoon canned green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor/blender blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- 2 serve in a small bowl, garnished with chopped tomato.
