- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter (i use jif)
- 1 cup fat-free cool whip, frozen
- 1 tablespoon nonfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Recipe
- 1 mix peanut butter with frozen cool whip. it will be a pretty thick mixture.
- 2 add milk to thin out the mixture. it might seem like a lot of liquid at first, but don't worry! keep mixing until it looks like a smooth peanut butter.
- 3 add almond extract and mix well.
- 4 serve with fruit!
