Roasted Red Pepper Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
- 2 cups hellmann's mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients well.
- 2 bake at 350 until lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
- 3 serve with crackers or pita chips.
