Roasted Red Pepper Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 1/2 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients well.
  • 2 bake at 350 until lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
  • 3 serve with crackers or pita chips.
