Ingredients
- 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes
- 1 small onion, roughly chopped
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 fresh jalapenos, stemmed (or more)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
- 2 in blender add remaining ingredients.
- 3 blend till smooth.
- 4 add to saucepan and cook about 5 minutes.
- 5 taste to make sure it has enough salt.
- 6 if eating with chips, refrigerate until cool. if using as a sauce for tacos, serve hot.
