Restaurant Salsa

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 fresh jalapenos, stemmed (or more)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 in saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
  • 2 in blender add remaining ingredients.
  • 3 blend till smooth.
  • 4 add to saucepan and cook about 5 minutes.
  • 5 taste to make sure it has enough salt.
  • 6 if eating with chips, refrigerate until cool. if using as a sauce for tacos, serve hot.
