Polynesian Chicken Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup pineapple preserves
- 1/2 cup cheap sherry wine
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 lbs chicken (wings, strips or whaterver you like)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients, except for chicken, together.
- 2 place chicken in a glass baking dish.
- 3 pour half of the mixture on top of chicken.
- 4 marinate over night.
- 5 the next day preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 6 remove chicken from sauce and place in baking dish.
- 7 pour the left over sauce on top of chicken.
- 8 bake for 1 hour.
