Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 ounces pineapple slices (i like to set aside the juice and add it later)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 -2 fresh garlic clove
- 2 -3 teaspoons cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (our family uses rock sea salt)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (i used fresh lemon and squeezed it from 1/2 of a lemon)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl- including seasoning. taste and if you prefer to add more seasoning or hot spices, peppers feel free.
- 2 add 1/2 of the set aside pineapple juice and then use a chopper to chop all of the ingredients. once the ingredients are chopped up add the remaining pineapple juice and chill for one hour.
