Paneer Makmali

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups panir
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 cups chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/2 cup mint, chopped
  • 2 -3 green chilies
  • 1/4 cup cashews, broken
  • 1/4 cup fresh curds
  • 1 lemon, juice of

Recipe

  • 1 pierce paneer pcs with fork
  • 2 marinate them in paste made for at least 15-20 minute.
  • 3 heat the butter in oil and saute onions until translucent.
  • 4 add marinated paneer and saute for 7-10 minute
  • 5 add the milk and simmer until milk evaporates. sprinkle garam masala and serve.
