Ingredients

- 3 cups panir
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 cups chopped fresh coriander
- 1/2 cup mint, chopped
- 2 -3 green chilies
- 1/4 cup cashews, broken
- 1/4 cup fresh curds
- 1 lemon, juice of
Recipe
- 1 pierce paneer pcs with fork
- 2 marinate them in paste made for at least 15-20 minute.
- 3 heat the butter in oil and saute onions until translucent.
- 4 add marinated paneer and saute for 7-10 minute
- 5 add the milk and simmer until milk evaporates. sprinkle garam masala and serve.
